2. When we process personal data

We process personal data only when you contact us by email or phone. In that case we process the data you give us: your name, your contact details (email address, phone number, company if you mention it) and the content of your message.

There are no forms on this website, and we do not ask you to register or log in.

3. Purposes and legal bases

  • Answering your enquiry and preparing or performing a contract with you — Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
  • Our legitimate interest in handling business correspondence and keeping records of it — Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

4. How long we keep data

We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to deal with the enquiry and any resulting business relationship. Where accounting, tax or other legal retention duties apply, we keep the relevant records for the period required by law and then delete them.

5. Hosting and technical logs

This website is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA, acting as our processor. To deliver the website and protect it against attacks, Cloudflare processes technical data of each request: IP address, user agent (browser and device type), date and time, and the requested page. This processing is based on our legitimate interest in a secure and working website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). These logs are not used to identify visitors or to build profiles.

6. Transfers outside the EU

Cloudflare may process data in the United States. Such transfers are based on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, under which Cloudflare is certified, and on the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.

7. No cookies, no analytics, no profiling

This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising or tracking tools. It loads no content from third parties. We do not use your data for profiling or automated decision-making. Details are in the Cookie Policy.

8. Recipients

We do not sell personal data. Data is shared only with the hosting provider named above and, where necessary, with service providers who process it on our behalf, or with authorities where the law requires it.

9. Your rights

You have the right to complain to a data protection supervisory authority.
